When I joined Century 21 Heritage House at the beginning of 1996 as a new REALTOR, I quickly became aware that the philosophy of the Brokerage was to provide all our agents with the tools and support they need so they can, in turn, provide the best possible advice and service to their Buyers and Sellers. I owe my sales success not only to the leadership of Heritage House, but also to the great colleagues that I had the good fortune to work with and beside, both agents and staff many of whom are still serving their clients stronger than ever today after decades, including Michael Slager one of the original owners from 1980 when Century 21 Heritage House first opened its doors and David Thomas who served as Broker of Record from 1981 to 2009.

As Heritage House continues to expand its footprint throughout Southwestern Ontario, I'm happy to say that our philosophy of supporting our agents to become the best they can be, has not changed. We have added great Staff to make this possible and under the Leadership of our Chief Operating Officer, Anthony Montanaro, Business Development Manager Leah Marchesano and our seasoned Branch/Area Managers, Frank Catry, Jessica O'Connor, all of whom are past brokerage owners. When you factor in the state-of-the-art Technology provided by the Century 21, the in-house Coaching, Training and Mentorship provided by myself andf our mangement team as well as our most experiencd working agents, you have a winning formula.
